Unlike many other submetering companies in our size range, we do not utilize "off the shelf" billing platforms developed by a third party. We feel this makes us more responsive to our clients needs  and give us the ability to quickly build out custom billing and accounting solutions for selected clients.

GuardianLink+ provides complete data integration with all major property management systems including Yardi, RentManager, RealPage and AppFolio. GuardianLink+ ensures data accuracy and allows your on-site staff to focus on property management and resident retention. Our complete integration solutions range from flat export files to more advanced XML transfers and two-way synchronization. Other custom interface applications can be developed to meet your specifications.

GuardianScan+® provides our clients with 24/7 access to daily meter readings and consumption for each apartment unit. GuardianScan+ is a leak detection tool that can be used in both occupied and vacant rental units.
