Guardian may need to verify your identity before completing your request. We will use the information you provide in connection with your request only to verify your identity, process your request, maintain records, and comply with law.

Authorized Agents
You may authorize another person to submit a request on your behalf.
If an authorized agent submits a request, Guardian may require proof that you authorized the agent to act for you. Guardian may also require you to verify your identity directly with us unless the agent provides a valid power of attorney or other documentation accepted under applicable law.
Global Privacy Control and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers and browser extensions allow you to send opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.
Where required by law, Guardian will process legally recognized opt-out preference signals as requests to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device that sends the signal.
