They offer flexible alert notifications, making it simple for us at Guardian to monitor your submeter system for running toilets and leaky pipes. Their Leak Monitoring Solution is comprised of two parts:

• A leak sensor, an industry-leading wireless sensor made to detect and analyze flow capabilities

• An accessory that will be chosen specifically for your property and needs that can attach to drains or supply lines, or are connected to common inline leak spaces such as toilets

Tehama

Tehama provides Guardian and our clients with a leak detection system that can also be installed near equipment in your property. Their technology is better suited for things like hot water tanks, under sinks, or anywhere else there is concern for water to flood and damage the property. The typical battery life on their Leak Detection MDT is over 10 years, meaning you have to install it once and rest easy for a long time. It even sends a signal to your Guardian technician when it detects freezing conditions, meaning frozen and burst pipes can be a thing of the past!

Truety

With a century and a half of industry experience, Truety brings cutting-edge technology that offers alerts for high usage, which will help your Guardian technician know when there is a potential leaky toilet. They are also constantly improving their equipment and using the latest advancements, meaning upgrades are likely and consistent. And with their leak sensors equipped with real-time leak and flood alarms, you can be confident knowing that their tech will find the problem as soon as it happens.
