Guardian Appoints New HR Director

Columbus, Ohio January 2, 2019 – Guardian Water & Power, a Columbus- based provider of utility submetering and cost recovery services, announced today that it has appointed Tricia Ricchino as Director of Human Resources.
In her new position at Guardian, Mrs. Ricchino will be responsible for all HR functions at Guardian Water & Power. She will continue to build employee engagement and foster a positive work environment while maintaining a strong HR function that will help the business grow.
Prior to joining Guardian, she worked at Kisling, Nestico & Redick and Ryder Last Mile. Tricia is a small-town girl originally from Toronto, Ohio and she received her degree at Bethany College in WV. Tricia, her family, and her dachshunds reside in Grove City, Ohio.

Guardian Water & Power installs and monitors water, gas and electric metering systems in multi-unit residential and commercial properties. These systems typically connect individual meters through a radio frequency network that remotely transmit readings to Guardian’s billing center.
