Student Housing Submetering

 

Over the years, we've worked with college students and property managers at some of the largest campuses in the country. At the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, we installed one of the nation's first gas runtime systems serving off-campus student housing. At the high density student housing neighborhoods surrounding both the campus at The Ohio State University in Columbus and the University of Washington in Seattle, we installed and maintain dozens of multi-point radio frequency submetering systems. We have also developed rapid move-in/move-out processes to accommodate the high volume of student turnover that occurs at the beginning of the fall semester.
