Guardian Appoints New CFO

Columbus, Ohio September 13, 2017 – Guardian Water & Power, a Columbus- based provider of utility submetering and cost recovery services, announced today

that it has appointed Scott A. Dodson as Chief Financial Officer.

In his new position at Guardian, Dodson will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis, cash management and multi-state payroll and tax reporting. He will also manage the company’s financial services department.

Prior to joining Guardian, he worked in public accounting at KPMG and held controllership positions at Cardinal Health.

environments” said Patricia Apostolos, Guardian’s President. “Scott will play a key role in achieving our long-term strategic objectives”.

Dodson is a 1992 graduate of Ohio State University’s honors program in accounting and earned his CPA designation in 1994. Scott resides with his family in New Albany, Ohio.

Guardian Water & Power installs and monitors water, gas and electric metering systems in multi-unit residential and commercial properties. These systems typically connect individual meters through a radio frequency network that remotely transmit readings to Guardian’s billing center. We provide meter installation, maintenance and utility billing services for properties located in forty-five states and the District of Columbia. Guardian also maintains sales and service facilities in Raleigh, Seattle, San Diego, Ann Arbor and Columbus.
