Columbus, Ohio December 31, 2015 – Guardian Water & Power, a national leading provider of utility cost recovery services, today announced the opening of its newest sales and service office. Located in San Diego, the office will serve the state’s mid-market real estate developers and managers.
“Our California facility will strengthen relationships with existing clients and broaden the scope of our service offering in the California market,” said Chris Apostolos, Guardian Western Regional Sales Manager.
The new office will be lead by Marc Norland. Prior to joining Guardian, Norland was the owner and operator of Meter 6, a California- based submetering business specializing in project management and technical support. In his new role with Guardian, Marc will be responsible for system specifications, client relations and contract sales. As a California licensed service agent, he will also coordinate testing and processing of metering equipment with the California Department of Weights and Measures. “We are excited about the new year and look forward to working with Marc to build our presence in California,” said Apostolos.
