Guardian is licensed with Miami-Dade Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources as a Water Remetering provider (#01036.RM). New properties wishing to establish service with Guardian must also register as a Water Remetering property. Guardian assists with the registration process.
Among other things, the Miami-Dade Remetering Ordinance sets restrictions on billing fees, common area practices, late fees, submeter types approved for use and utility billing methodology.
