Utility Billing Service Levels
We offer four billing service options that are tailored to your desired level of management control.
"Georgetown of Lyndhurst, a condominium community of over 200 units, has used Guardian Water & Power's gas submetering RBC service for over six years. Prior to submetering with Guardian, we were receiving master meter reads of 20 MCF. Now, we are receiving master meter reads of anywhere from 13 to 15 MCF. That is a 35% reduction in gas consumption, saving us a substantial amount of money each year."

Option 1:
Reading and Data Transmission Only
For clients who require data acquisition (manual or by radio frequency) and data transmission (electronic or hard copy). Third party billing service is not required.
Option 2:
Reading, Bill Calculation and Transmission
Some clients direct bill their residents for utilities. Typically utility charges are included on the resident monthly statement which includes rent and other services. Option 2 includes an annual or seasonal rate update, bill calculation and transmission of billing calculations to the client. The client handles all resident inquiries.
Option 3:
Reading and Billing (RB) Service with Guardian Call Center Service
Option 3 includes all Option 2 services plus Guardian Billing and Call Center Service.
Option 4:
Read-Bill-Collect (RBC) Service with Guardian Call Center Service
Option 4 includes all Option 3 services plus Guardian Collection Services.
