Clients who use Guardian collection services now have online access to resident invoices, payments and credits the moment they occur. Real time transaction data simplifies management of resident collection accounts and also enables residents to verify their payments as soon as payments are made.

Real Time Aged Receivables

A convenient aged receivable report (again, in real time) is now available online at our web site. Unpaid accounts are displayed in a 30, 60, 90 and 120 day format and are exportable.
