Guardian Water & Power Appoints Regional Sales Executive
November 5, 2009 –
Guardian Water & Power, a national provider of utility submetering and cost recovery services, announced that it has appointed Sean Dicks as Regional Sales Executive.
In his new role at Guardian, Dicks will be responsible for market development in a multi-state region including Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri and Ohio. He will also provide account representation for selected national clients.
Dicks brings over 10 years experience in the utility cost recovery industry. Prior to joining Guardian, Dicks was senior sales representative with ista North America, an Essen, Germany based provider of submetering and energy billing services. Before that, he served as a project manager for ista’s meter installation service center.

He is a proven and well-respected executive with extensive sales and project management experience in the utility cost recovery business” said Patricia Apostolos, Guardian’s President. “Sean will play a key role in the introduction of our new Guardian Soft billing and management information system.”
