Guardian Water & Power Partners With ARL&C, Inc. –
Lower Electricity Costs for Property Owners and Residents
April 19, 2010 – Guardian Water & Power, a national provider of utility submetering and cost recovery services, announced today that it has signed a bill processing and customer service agreement with ARL&C, Inc.
Founded in 1989, ARL&C provides electric re-metering, load aggregation and procurement services for multi-unit properties including apartments, condominiums, cooperatives and commercial offices. Electric re-metering is the process of converting direct metered multi-unit properties to master metered electric service with owner installed electric submeters. By aggregating individual electric service, property owners can deliver electricity to their residents more efficiently and at a lower price.
“We selected Guardian as our bill processing partner based on their 27 year track record of dependable, accurate bill preparation, their commitment to the highest standards of customer service and building owner’s bottom lines,” said Dan Schafer ARL&C President.
“We are extremely pleased to have been selected as ARL&C’s bill processing partner,” said Patricia Apostolos Guardian Water & Power President. “ARL&C’s unique approach to electric re-metering, aggregation and procurement provides distinct advantages for owners and residents of multi-unit properties. We are excited about the challenges and opportunities our partnership has created.”
