New Online Pending Report In addition to the pending report found in your monthly statement, you now have online access to a listing of all pending move-ins and move-outs that are scheduled to occur at a future date. This pending report is designed to simplify management of your Guardian account services. Many owners and managers provide us with occupancy changes well in advance of their actual occurrence. This report confirms our receipt of these changes and the date these changes are scheduled to occur.
